Kings Premier Health Club is a centre of excellence for health and fitness and is consistently developing and improving its facilities for members and guests.
Recently, Kings became the first to bring immersive fitness to Guernsey with the launch of their new indoor cycling studio featuring ‘The Trip’ from Les Mills. The immersive workout fuses exercise and entertainment on a mind-blowing scale and is being hailed across the globe as the future of fitness.
Elsewhere, members benefit from a large, fully air-conditioned state of-the-art gym split across two floors, a newly-opened outdoor fitness zone and a purpose built group fitness studio. They can also choose from more than 120 free classes a week across 21 disciplines.
Children are very welcome too, with family-friendly swimming times for them to use the indoor and outdoor swimming pools and dedicated ‘Born to Move’ group fitness classes specifically tailored to various age groups. And with tennis, squash, racquetball, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi too, there really is something for everyone, from individuals and families to the professional sportsperson.
There’s plenty of parking, friendly, attentive staff, and a team of expert trainers and highly qualified instructors to keep you motivated. They even have an App so that you can manage your membership and bookings at the touch of a button!
